ChurchAssist+Booth is operated by JOAT LABS LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing ChurchAssist+Booth, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

We provide church management tools including member directories, scheduling, donations, and communication features.

3. Account Responsibilities

You must be 18+ and authorized to represent your church. You are responsible for account security and all activities under your account.

4. Payment Terms

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Fees are non-refundable. We may change prices with 30 days notice.

5. Acceptable Use

Use our service lawfully. Do not upload malware, spam, or attempt unauthorized access. Do not resell our service.

6. Data Ownership

You own your data. We use it only to provide services. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Service Availability

We may modify or discontinue services with notice.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate. We provide 30 days to export your data after termination.
